Daily Duties at Irs:
Input personal tax information into computers, i must be able to know how to find and fix errors on tax forms, i must be able to work fast and efficient without making any errors of my own. By working at such a fast pace, ive gained excellent skills with the keyboard and also the 10 key pad. I also handle phone calls from tax payers that have complaints or concerns about their tax forms.
