Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies:
Developed test plans for various 5ESS telephone featured applications in an UNIX environment based on user functional requirements, feature enhancements and specifications. Managed the rollout of use of TestMaster software for automated code generation to all targeted software development organizations throughout the company and tracked project development results which I presented periodically to upper management. Worked as customer liaison with the TestMaster vendor to request and generate software featured enhancements which our users requested to effectively utilize their software development tool. Prepared the 5ESS test environment with the proper software and database requirements to test several telephone applications met the requirements for functionality and call routing. Created automated test scripts using WinRunner for several Graphical User Internet-based Applications to ensure functionality, error handling and integrity between loads.
