makeing plates for printing presses, opperating the jet press, setting up and running the press and printing the letter head on envelopes, cleaning the press and setting up the press for the next job. at the end of the day clean up the press and my work area to prepare for tomorrows work.

printing press machine opperator

arrive to work on time, perfer to be early so i can look over the machine to make sure everything is fine and its all ready to be turned on. set up the machine with proper ink for the designated job assighned to me. turn the machine on and run 2 or 3 examlpes of the new job so i can adjust the skew to make sure everything is lined up for the final print. when everything is set up just perfact its time to run the press and print the final product of this one job. when finnished printing clean up the machine and look over the next job and perpare to set up the machine for the next job to be printed.
