What they like about Toyota Of Melbourne:
The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.

Update for anyone who's looking...
Well, I found a job about three weeks ago. The pay isn't enough, but it's something, and at least I'm no longer a burden on the State. At least for now. The job itself requires organization skills, and lots of pointing and clicking with a mouse. Data entry. Almost exactly what I was looking for. I say almost exactly because I've been getting the feeling that my position is rather expendable and the company almost encourages high turn over. I have a lot more skills than what I'm utilizing, it's the trying to convince others that I have them that's the difficult part. I'm sick of the hoop jumping that I have to go through everytime that I fill out an online application or send in a resume, just to have the employer tell me that I'm "overqualified".I could go on for hours about this topic, but for right now, I'll leave it at: Employed and still looking. I'm looking to network. If anyone is out there, please contact me.
