Daily Duties at Advance Mortgage Investment:
Established a well-known nationwide network of investors and lenders to provide financing for the secondary mortgage market. Responsible for management of company's operations, sales and marketing directives. Co-broker loans with mortgage companies searching for available sources. Review and sign-off on all approved loans. Direct management responsibility for staff of 15 including selections, training, evaluation and development. Indirect responsibility for staff of 100. Retained exclusive rights and represent Lomas & Nettleton Mortgage Company in South Florida as their sole provider of second mortgages.
