Daily Duties at Data Pages,Inc:
Daily contact with federal government customers and vendors through phone/fax and e-mail. Service accounts from pre to post sales needs that involve quoting, product information, trouble shooting, order entry & contract review. Also provide administrative and accounting support that includes credit reconciliation, invoicing and billing inquiries and adjustments. Assist manager in all phases of operations department that includes logistics, expediting and coordinating of shipments (domestic & international), product research, and purchasing.
