Daily Duties at All Care Consultants:
Provide administrative and personal assistance to the President and CEO. Transcribe consultation minutes and produce monthly financial reports. Maintain calendar, make travel arrangements, compose correspondence, answer phones, open and route mail, and maintain filing systems. Call clients and schedule weekly appointments with medical practitioners for consultation. Monitor budget and expense reports, monitor ongoing projects. Exposed to sensitive information and utilize the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Assist other senior staff personnel with projects and delegate assignments to lower level clerical personnel. Participates in interviews; makes recommendations on selections; supervises daily operations including work schedules and assignments. Notarize documents as needed and coordinated special projects as needed.
