Daily Duties at F.A.T. (Louisiana Road Home Program) :
• Disburse Road Home Grant funds to homeowners and wire funds to SBA. • Request funds from the State of Louisiana, track incoming and outgoing funds in Excel and FAST. • Updated information in FAST for customer service department, also contacting homeowners regarding grant proceeds, and wire information inquiries. • Cut checks to parishes for filing fee of documents • Set down and phoned Road Home recipients to explain documents and help with any questions or problems they may have had.
