Joined this privately-held boutique investment management firm with 58 employees and over $5 billion under management to direct all marketing and communications as well as product development. Managed all marketing budgets, newsletters, presentations, RFPs, and consultant databases. Originated all Separately Managed Account (SMA) updates, and website content. Chaired website redevelopment team, implementing changes resulting in savings by 25%. Contributed to the successful launch of a registered fixed income fund-of-funds hedge fund. Oversaw SEC and AIMR (GIPS) compliance policies and procedures, serving as a key member of the Compliance Committee. Managed staff of four, reporting to Managing Director/Partner Owner. • Developed and restructured all collateral as to content, design and materials, increasing the firm’s client base, professional appearance, and presence resulting in a 5% increase of new accounts. • Implemented policies and procedures to create continuity between RFPs, consultant databases, SMA updates and marketing collateral resulting in a 50% increase in staff productivity. • Analyzed and secured state-of-the-art software programs to manage all marketing, sales, and client service documents, and integrate RFP builds reducing errors by 75%. • Retooled all performance presentations and required disclosures to comply with GIPS Standards and SEC requirements bringing the firm into full legal compliance, resulting in a successful SEC audit.
