Daily Duties at Wachovia:
Recruited as an entrepreneurial sales consultant in the retail mortgage division of this top-notch diversified financial services company. Introduce and sell Wachovia’s products and services within an assigned territory and build a renewable book of business by creating new Realtor, builder and strong client relationships. Meet monthly quota of $1.5 million in sales. Present DRE-accredited continuing education and industry relevant training classes to thirsty Realtors. Obtained Cal-HFA certification. • Awards: Million Dollar Club status and 2007 Regional Top Percentage of Sales Purchases. • Preferred Lender for home builder’s auction of 42 homes, pre-qualifying 180 borrowers within 30 days and successfully funding all loans within 30 days flat.
