As a Bookkeeper I calculated, audited, verified, posted and distributed employee payroll.Utilized spreadsheet programs and computer database systems, entered, posted, verified and retrieved a variety of day to day to a complex data. Handled diversified Accounts Payable/Receivable and expense control procedures including bank and account reconciliation, disbursements, finance charges, billing, invoicing, purchase order/inventory verification and preparation of weekly deposits. Prepared quarterly and assisted in submitting yearly tax reports.
