� Successfully developed and submitted proposals which won IDIQ contracts for the US Navy including Seaport-e (Prime), SPAWAR C4ISR 8a MAC (Prime- $3 Million Sole Source/$15 Million Competitive), SPAWAR SeaEnterprise (sub to VTMilCom and Amsec). � Compiled price (multi-year labor pricing) portion of proposals. Contact for all price related issues on federal contracts awarded and under evaluation. � As Management Representative lead the organizational effort to become ISO 9001:2000 compliant. Company received full NAVSEA SQMS in November 2004. � Managed Human Resources in compliance with Federal, Maryland, California, South Carolina and Virginia laws and regulations. Employees assigned to projects all over US and abroad. � Ensured compliance to EEO practices, affirmative action initiatives and contractual veteran participation. � Recruited, hired, trained, developed, guided, evaluated, supervised and mentored employees and supervisors. � Involved in day to day operations, scheduling, supplying and monitoring project teams. � Administered payroll, utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and Intuit payroll services.
