Daily Duties at Cape Gate (Pty) Ltd.:
� Built partnerships with national development specialists and created a development path for in house executive talent through interaction with other top executives in the field. � Designed, validated, and implemented a management assessment center and psychometric test batteries for use in selection and career guidance for a sector of the population that had been excluded from such services. Saved $146k plus the need to hire an outside contractor. � Created, validated and implemented interactive competency-based modular training programs to develop management, supervisory and technical skills. � Initiated, planned, and successfully executed organizational development projects involving organizational and development surveys, analysis of jobs, performance, files, and needs, as well as training, change management and evaluation that resulted in a restructuring of departments, leadership and implementing of a succession plan. � Improved individual, group and organizational effectiveness with integrated approach to organizational development, training and development, and career development. Result: 21 participants to management positions.
