� Lead multi-disciplinary project teams (i.e. Created technical power station simulator training facility - site, building, facilities, infrastructure, organizational structure, staffing,) � Improved productivity, using computer based simulations and network analysis for rapidly measuring repetitive & non-repetitive work functions. Result: Improved inventory control, pricing, purchasing system, enabling warehouses for power stations to decrease their inventories. � Conducted efficiency investigations, using time study, activity sampling, basic method study, task analysis. � Planned and executed functional organization structure investigations; implemented outcomes and facilitated changes. � Managed projects as well as proved ability to deliver on time and within budget, with increasing levels of responsibility, leadership and authority.
