Daily Duties at Alsac/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital:
General clerical duties to assist Associate Director, Event Marketing Specialist, Senior Event Marketing Representatives and Bilingual Event Marketing Representative in a fundraising office. Typing, computer skills, general office equipment usage; reception duties for the office; handle incoming and outgoing mail and express deliveries to include bulk mailings and shipments; coding and posting to database of office revenue and expenses as received; coding, reconciliation and spreadsheet creation of monthly American Express statements for staff; proper transferance of database information and spreadsheets to national accounting office; creation and maintenance of various address databases, mail merge documents; process and track supplier contracts for events; occasional desktop publication; order and stock office and fundraising supplies; general office management and organization; internet research as needed. Frequent use of Miscrosoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel. Occasional use of Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office applications. Daily use of Team Approach accounting system.
