Hired, discharged, and coordinated activities of service department employees. Generated, filed and maintained service records and employee performance records. Performed diagnosis and repair of Harley-Davidson and Yamaha motorcycles. Custom fabrication of motorcycles and parts. Installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of shop equipment consisting of: Sunnen precision honing machine, cylinder boring bar, valve resurfacing equipment, hot tank, engine lathe, M.I.G. welder, oxy-acetylene welder, arc welder, infrared exhaust analyzer, drill press.
