Daily Duties at Cellular One By Dobson Communications:
CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH./INSTALLER Duties: Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing cellular products. Other duties included data entry, CDPD setup and troubleshooting, as well as interaction with customers, manufacturers, sales and management employees. Customer Service, Including installation of varied cellular products in customers’ vehicles, using various hand and power tools. Troubleshooting problems with phones and equipment. General help in the showroom including: sales, bill payments, esn changes, as well as inventory, ordering, receiving, monthly count, new product training, and contract inspection for compliance with company regulations. Reason for leaving: Eliminated the service department company wide.
