Daily Duties at Brock Animal Hospital :
Ran front desk reception area answering multi phone lines, scheduling appointments and surgeries, checked clients in and out, ordered hospital supplies, filled prescriptions, trained new office personnel, worked with sales people, did billing and collections, prepared reminder cards and county licenses. I dealt with irate customers and made financial arrangements when necessary. I made crematory arrangements and assisted doctors when necessary. I did end of day close outs and bank deposits.
