Daily Duties at Saic:
• Configured and supported the Mission Operation Center (MOC) Network infrastructure LAN WAN, provided desktop support for over 250 people both remotely and in person troubleshoot Hardware Software and ordered replacement parts. • Provided support for 6 satellite offices also on call during off hours for 24/7 support for the Mission Operation Center. • Troubleshoot Federal Air Marshal proprietary software SABRE for Windows, Aircrews, MOC automation, and web applications used for their 24/7 support of flying Marshals.
