Negotiate bill rates and assignment terms to enhance division profitability and client value. Recruit, interview, test, assess and pay negotiation of accounting professionals. Mentor, guide, coach, and counsel temporary employees for performance and professionalism. Recorded and reported staffing and personnel issues.
