Coordinating with the plant & freight forwarding companies pick-up dates, times & shipping schedules and then correspond this information to domestic/int’l customers ? Managed highest grossing account, General Electric, on monthly forecasts, quarterly pricing & account receivables ? Prepared original documentation (commercial invoices, NAFTA invoices, certificate of origin, packing lists) for shipments that needed customs clearance
