Daily Duties at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.:
• Duties include taking inbound and making outbound calls to service group reservations. Taking multiple payments and attaching them to the correct reservations. Balancing payments and processing refunds. In charge of booking onboard functions and being the Travel Partners point of contact with the Shipboard Staff. Working to resolve pre and post cruise issues to my best ability, and offering compensation when necessary. Presenting friendly and courteous customer service at all times.
