Daily Duties at Health First Fianacial:

• Duties included taking inbound calls from PeaceHealth patients to pay for or apply for financial assistance for their medical bills. I was in charge of managing the clinic accounts and making sure that all adjustments and payments were properly applied to each account. Working directly with PeaceHealth personnel to ensure accurate account details, to adjust accounts when financial assistance was approved and when payments were received directly by the client.
