Daily Duties at Lee Financial:
Direct responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s IT infrastructure including Programming, Desktop and Server Support, Telephony and Records and Document management. Provide support for about 60 clients and management of over 850K scanned documents. Implemented proactive anti-virus deployment using McAfee EPO server. Deployed Blackberry server and moving toward common platform of mobile devices with enhanced security. Implemented server alert system to monitor all systems via paging. Enhanced LAN by implementing VLAN’s to segment network traffic.
