Served as liaison between the building staff, tenants and vendors Managed service desk/call center for HVAC [Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and maintenance requests Reviewed/renewed tenant contracts Managed freight elevator operating schedule Updated employee manual on training topics include but are not limited to: injury prevention, fire safety, electrical safety, emergency preparedness program and evacuation procedures Coordinated monthly fire drills and assisted with writing the building contingency plan Maintained timesheet records for payroll department and updated automated tenant listing Provided administrative support to Vice Presidents of the division Organized and prioritized large volumes of information and calls
