• Provide project management and strategy consultation for a hospital acquisition and merger. • Lead and manage business merger efforts between Providence and acquired hospital for Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain streams. • Produce project management documentation, work plans, and other deliverables for each business area and their core functions (Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Budget, Insurance, Supply Chain, Labor, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS/Operations, Worker’s Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Retirement). • Communication project issues, status, and work plan progress to Executive Steering Committee and Sponsors. • Identify and manage business risks and issues including mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted services for acquired hospital and issue resolution for integration with the business systems owner.
