• Developed recruiting strategies that continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market condition, existing consultant team, and current/projected client engagements. • Conducted in-depth behavioral interviews to critically assess candidates’ capabilities skill set and competencies. • Planned and participated in events for candidates and client development, such as job fairs, industry conferences, etc. • Assisted the client service team by documenting candidate profiles, checking references, and determining consultant “matches” for open client engagements.
