Daily Duties at United West Airlines, Inc.:

Comptroller for small Aircraft Charter Company located in Stuart. In charge of all accounting functions within the company such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bi-weekly payroll and monthly bonuses, General Ledger and Financial Statements. Reconciliations including but not limited to Bank, Credit Card, Engine Reserve accounts, customer, vendor and managed aircraft partners. Assisting the needs of the different departments within the company with daily transactions and functions on an accounting level. Deposits, Invoicing for both Charter Clients and Managed Aircraft Partners. Reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for filing returns including but not limited to Sales Tax, Payroll Taxes, Federal Excise Tax spreadsheets and returns, also report spreadsheets with monthly times and amounts to Managed Aircraft Partners.
