Daily Duties at Gaf:
Led enterprise wide computer services, voice and data network services, and systems development with $12MM budget. Member of the Management Council with business activity oversight. Participated in a management buy-out (LBO), taking the company private in 1989 requiring stringent cost management. Success was reflected in initial public offering (IPO) of ISP subsidiary in 1993. Grew function from staff of 8 with no processing centers to staff of 70 at 28 processing centers under these stringent cost constraints.
