Develop, supervise, and direct the efforts of Training Integration Managers. Analyze training needs for various Clients and recommend design of training programs and initiatives. Developed specialty training and process improvements as needed. Represented the Training and Documentation division on trips to other sites where I influenced the use of Training and Documentation Standards. Facilitated instructor led sessions as needed. Mentored Emerging Leaders through the first 4 months of their Management career.
