Daily Duties at Chubb & Son:
• Responsible for tracking approximately $50 million dollars in IT Assets including hardware and software • Oversee redeployment process to avoid additional purchases resulting in direct cost saving • Analyzed monthly Peoplesoft reports to ensure allocations were aligned to budget • Conducted training classes to educate employees on importance of asset lifecycle management • Responsible for all aspects of hardware and software acquisitions • Approval of software and hardware acquisitions for Corporate Office and 60 nationwide branches • Maintain excellent service to internal customers by planning, forecasting and price negotiating
