Daily Duties at Interstate Connections :
Constantly in communicating with the Management team with in the corporation office and each location in the United States, also work closely with the CEO and CFO on a daily basic. Enter purchase orders in the computer, also follow-up on purchase orders to ensure receipt of proper quality and quantity. Investigates and resolves problems regarding shipment discrepancies. Maintained consistent flow of material to ship out to the sales floor, also maintain adequate inventory control of warehouse, items and equipment. Also process restocking and replacement of warehouse items, and sales floor. Input and retrieve date from the computerized inventory control system. Performed all material transactions in main company database for inventory accuracy. Also process all daily and monthly inventory checks, monthly reports. Responsible for all duties of the warehouse, which include shipping and receiving, pallet loads. Loading and un- loading FED EX trucks, and UPS. Printed labels for daily shipments, and inventory stocks. Handled all Operating procedures which included all physical handling of material.
