Daily Duties at Aptiv Technology:
Served as Project Manager for system implementations using established project management methodologies; responsibilities included resource management, status reporting, issue reporting and resolution, risk reporting and resolution, and Microsoft Project schedule maintenance. Provided leadership and project management to a team of testing and configuration analysts for a major system implementation, including coordination and documentation of enterprise-wide test plan and analysis of test results Coordinated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) implementation for a Medicaid health plan Served as interim Director of Claims for a large health plan Participated in multiple implementations, upgrades, and post go-live support activities for Facets, QNXT, and PowerSTEPP customers Partnered with client project team to identify and document business process improvement opportunities across the organization Analyzed pended claims and identified trends and opportunities for improved configuration and process change, saving the client both actual dollars and human resources Identified, analyzed, and documented business requirements to design system configuration and to request product enhancements from the vendor. Developed and maintained library of tools, documents, and methodologies Administered orientation program for new hires and subcontractors.
