Daily Duties at Aventura Mortgage:
Interacts with legal to obtain advice and consulation, regarding policy interpretation, claims regarding final work station status / amount. Policy servicing to coordinated reinstatement of coverage and investigations if / when fraud is suspected. Fundamental accounting/ book keeping and suitable mathematical skills. Proficient computer skills general knowledge of mortgage banking andreal estate pratices and terminology. Ability to make decisions based on technical knowledge and available guidelines and procedures.Effective problem solving skills sound communication skills (vebal and written)with external lenders/ services and exchange information strong analytical and negotiation skills. Loan Modifications, deeds-in Lieu of foreclosure, re-payment plans to ensure customers are adhering to mi loss mitigation policies and procedures and to minimize mi losses. Reviews delegated loan workout submissions to ensue mortgage loan servicing customers. Accurately and promptly enters case status information into claims / loss mitgation tracking systems to monitor results with customers. Negotitates with the lender or loan servicer regarding borrower participation (eg Promissory Notes and Cash Remittances) on pre-foreclosure sales and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure submissions in order to minimize losses associated with the transactions.
