In-processing of fraud claims requiring direct customer contact. Investigated fraud claims by working closely with vendors and bank customers. Worked with local and federal law enforcement agencies to establish the correct course of action. Worked with the various credit card agencies to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our customers.
