Daily Duties at Kingsley Beach Llc:

• Responsible for all Financial Reporting & Management for a 350 Site RV Park Resort. • Responsible for all Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Vendor Check Writing, County & State License Renewals, Bank Deposits, Bank Reconciliations, Sales & Use Tax Reporting, Alcohol Surcharge Reporting, all Misc. Cash Boxes such as Petty Cash, Security Gate, Snack Shack & Convenient Store, all supply ordering for the office and convenient store. • Manage a Staff ranging from 10 to 13 people • Responsible for all financial reporting for a Convenient Store located within the premises. • On Site Resident Manager on call 24/7- Handle all Customer complaint(s) and resolve issues with diplomacy and with positive results 98.7% of the time. • Liaison between County and State Inspectors as well as the Dept of Environment Protection to maintain compliance with State & County Ordinances. • Converted manual daily reports & daily check writing to QuickBooks. • Manage large projects while ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently (i.e. a two and a half-year sewer project that upon completion doubled our residency). • Completed all of the financial transition when the Park sold business partners for the transition from an RV Park to a single-family home development. • Retained by the new Business Partners to remain on sight to manage the license/compliance regulations until the development was in place. Additionally retained to be on sight security for the 50-acre property.
