System Administrator/Liaison for Evare, Citibank, Bank of America, LaSalle Bank, and other outside consultant based applications. ? Purchased/evaluated vendor forwarded hardware and software products for efficiency and cost saving features suitable to business objectives for the City Treasurers Office. ? LAN Administrator for Ethernet/Windows2003 environments with 25 users ? Creating Mainframe connections, Network ID’s, Internet, Intranet and E-mail accounts, setting up and deploying Network Nodes, Printers, Software Applications to users and developing applications requested by end-users ? Assisting Deputy City Treasurer with annual event planning of the City Treasurer’s Small Business Expo and presenting seminars on Predatory Lending as needed. ? Web Master for Treasurers Office Web-site using Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and HTML Code to maintain and create new pages. ? Supervising and assigning PC deployment and other related IT Projects to IT Staff and Student Interns ? Creating equipment/software installation manuals for IT Staff as defined by City-Wide Departmental standards ? Providing Help Desk assistance to users by trouble shooting and correcting software/hardware malfunctions and making modifications to existing systems ? Attended bimonthly meetings with B.I.S Department and the other 50 City Department Information Technology Strategy Committee Coordinators
