Daily Duties at The 4 Sum Group, Ltd.:
Responsible for marketing, event marketing, advertising, creative services, E-Commerce and Internet Marketing, marketing communications, strategic planning, trade shows, promotions, public relations, sponsorships, licensing, liaison between marketing and sales, advertising, media, travel and entertainment. Managed cross channel TV commercials, electronic/print media and public relations. Responsible for marketing plans and sales strategies. Managed joint ventures for special events such as festivals, concerts, charities, etc. Created incentives, trained, coached and motivated managers at retail. Developed incentives to motivate staff. Clients included Kemper Insurance, Universal Studios, Johnson & Johnson, Oakley, L.A. Gear, Avia, First Horizon Financial. Annual sales increased from $5 to $25 million and increased full-time employee count from 12 to 55.
