Daily Duties at Legal Zoom:

- Maintain personnel data, new hire/benefit packets and HR bulletin boards with law posters, wage orders, etc. - Maintain personnel and workers’ compensation/LOA files and follow up as needed. - Coordinate the set up of internal training sessions, participate in the planning and execution of employee events - Assist with Employee Newsletter - Conduct ergonomic evaluations - Manage benefit administration, answer general questions, enroll new employees in benefit plans (health, dental, vision, FSA); and process status changes, terminations and employment status changes - Cobra administration - Contact insurance carriers to resolve claim discrepancies and eligibility issues
