Daily Duties at Diversant, Inc:
Lead a group of 5 recruiters and 2 sourcers for the Southeast regional recruiting team. I developed and refined internal processes. I also mentored, lead and coached junior level recruiters and sourcers. Additionally, I was responsible for evaluating new client requirements. Continually prospected for new candidates as well as clients. I was accountable for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates within the IT vertical at multiple clients nationally. Employed a variety of search tools/tactics, including job boards, cold calling, advertising, networking, etc. Constantly pipelined and tracked candidate information via the internal contact management system (JobDiva).

Looking for great opportunitites.
I am currently looking for a great opportunity in the Charlotte, NC metro area. I have a very good recruiting background and more specifically, recruiting management. I am looking at all levels of positions as long as they are truly good opportunities with strong reputable companies.If anyone has any suggestions, I am very open.
