Daily Duties at D Link Pakistan:
•Research, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, encountered during the installation and operation of D-Link & Cisco products. •Providing technical support to sales, partners and customers for various technologies as related to D-Link products. •Provide technical training cross-training to relevant groups as needed. •Ensure that all technical issues are reported into our regional service system. •Track project issue log and ensure all issues are closed within time frame and follow up on project deliverables.
