Daily Duties at James Cross Company:

I was responsible for maintaining hardware and soft ware on main frame (AIX) computer, on all desktop and notebook computers for this company and their 3 branches. Handled all backups on all of the equipment. Provided all the daily, weekly, monthly reporting for the entire company. Managed the Cribmaster Vending Machine program. With this program, our company placed computer driving vending machines in customers sites to distribute tooling. We could replenish and bill our customers from the databases these vending machines created and updated.
