Daily Duties at Supra Telecom:
Primary Company representative responsible for carrier billing and interconnection components. Integral party responsible for decreasing carrier costs and initiating carrier billing disputes when substantiated by LEC processes and practices. 3rd Level Provisioning Subject Matter Expert (SME) between Supra and LEC responsible for researching and resolving carrier-to-carrier issues. Ensuring Interconnection Agreement compliance and billing. Telecom Carrier to Carrier Bill Analyst (Resale, UNE-P and Facility Based). • Integral part of Revenue Assurance Implementation Team that is responsible for recovering non-billed end-user features and services to reconcile company’s incoming carrier billing; resulting in 70% end-user recovered revenue. • Domestic and international carrier relations representative for negotiation and implementation of external carrier Network services and products (e.g. Telecommunications Transport Circuits, Selective Call Routing (611 & 811), Voicemail, DSL and Calling Cards). • Responsible for eliminating Public Service Commission (PSC) complaints regarding order provisioning requests, Conversions, New Installations and Transfer of Service.
