Daily Duties at Cleartel Communications:
Primary Company representative for all AT&T-Bellsouth region issues. Responsible for receiving and disseminating Marketing, Customer Service, Provisioning and IT all upgrades and changes related to all electronic and manual interfaces provided by AT&T-Bellsouth. Training and coaching of all provisioning employees for all ILECs. Manage and Support all major projects to increase company revenues and decrease company expenses. Ensuring Interconnection compliance and billing. Second level escalation contact for all ILEC provisioning and Regulatory issues. Telecom Carrier to Carrier Bill Analyst (Resale, UNE-P and Facility Based).
