• Manage 3 employee’s time, duties, projects and job functions. • Field incoming customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing and terms of service. • Communication via email, phone, and an internal ticketing system of issues, real and potential, with customers regarding their hosting and other services. • Manage all high-level accounts with tact and diplomacy; Serving the customer first, while upholding the best interests of the company. • Verification and management of all orders across all Spry company’s to ensure legitimacy and accuracy of provided information
