Prep Chef - received incoming supplies from SYSCO, prepared same for line cooks daily, chicken, veal, made meatballs, pizza dough, prepared sauces, sliced/packaged luncheon meats, placed order with SYSCO for restaurant needs. Asst. Marketing Assoc. prepared monthly mailings to recipients for birthday discounts, maintained database for marketing programs, purchased supplies for marketing dept. (me), printed, cut, and mailed out marketing coupons, delivered marketing materials to schools on a quarterly basis.
