* Provided incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for various clients on Windows XP and Mac OS in various server environments. * Performed administration of user accounts via Windows Active Directory * Performed troubleshooting and installation of software via Microsoft Live Meeting web client * Monitored clients' backup servers on a weekly basis * Scheduled and dispatched consultants to various client sites. * Ordered software and hardware for various clients' sites. * Acted as a receptionist when necessary.
