This included assessing opportunities, formulating concepts, building the business case, managing development, training internal groups, launching the product, and ensuring marketability over time. Interfaced directly with clients and stakeholders to assimilate client needs, market trends, and gathering the voice-of-the-customer. Responsible for leading on-on-one client interviews, demonstrations, and other forms of direct client/stakeholder contact. Partnered with the technology team to communicate the feature set and understand the technical and market tradeoffs in the developing effort.
