Daily Duties at Navitaire:
Continuously improved online software to utilize the collection of global payments; processing payments in 52 different countries; supporting 66+ million transactions, generating $9.8BB USD yearly volume (2006). Collaboratively worked with 45 reservation clients and 20+ vendors in 30 different countries, including internal executive teams, development teams, and other departments to communicate and promote the value and strategy of the global payment product lines. Capable of perceiving and anticipating implications of recommendations and decisions locally, domestically, and globally; resulting in leading the development of in-depth business and functional requirements through the software development lifecycle. Created and maintained detailed documentation describing product feature requirements, GUI mockups, and high-level technical requirements; ensuring all requirements are clear, sufficient and meet the client’s needs.
