Daily Duties at Gsi Commerce:
: Logging, tracking, trouble-shooting and resolution of Internal User Support issues to 75-100 users, provide installation and support of hardware such as Cisco Routers/switches, Domain Controllers, various software applications and Internet/Intranet applications. Migration team lead for Portland location cut over to GSI Network. Provide on-Call service. Maintenance of Symbol Wireless RF Scanners and configuration, cable changes, arranging of 3rd party contractors for large network projects.
